Is there any compensation for the victims of war?
The Ukrainian International Volunteers Fund, FUVI, has been working relentlessly to defend the rights of victims of the Russian war in Ukraine and their compensation. With our generous donors support and thanks to the purely pro-bono dedication of our Attorney, Dr. Nicolas Ligneul, Esq., we have strenuously gathered and documented around 700 criminal cases and filed them with the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
How do we move from war crimes to real, enforceable compensation for victims?
A seminar organised by the ABBA Student Association at the Leiden University will today be addressing this question, with the participation of Dr. Ligneul (Ph D) and Ms. Yana Rudenko, a powerful Ukrainian activist and survivor, engaged in the fight for justice and civic resilience.
