Why this campaign?
War leaves not only destruction but also a long struggle for recognition, repair, and justice. In Ukraine, thousands of victims are still seeking compensation for the harm suffered during the Russian invasion. Many of them do not know where to begin or how to navigate the complex processes of indemnification.
Our response: 3 Justice Workshops
At FUVI, we believe that knowledge is the first step toward justice. That’s why we are launching this campaign to fund 3 specialized workshops, each with a capacity for 20 participants (a total of 60 people).
Through these workshops, participants will gain step-by-step guidance on:

Accessing programs like eRecovery and the Register of Damage in Ukraine.

Understanding how to file claims and what types of compensation are possible.

Recognizing and reporting war crimes and crimes against humanity, whether against property or persons.

Learning their rights under the Geneva Conventions of 1949.

Taking concrete steps to move forward with legal processes.
This practical training is based on the Practical Guide for the Indemnification of Victims of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine, turning complex procedures into accessible tools for empowerment and justice.
Funding goal: €25,000
This amount will cover:

Educational materials and translation of the Practical Guide.

Logistical costs to host the 3 workshops.

Legal and professional facilitators.

Follow-up support to ensure victims can move forward with their claims.

Supports full attendance of participant in the workshops.

Contributes directly to the organization of one full workshop.
