NewspaperUkraine’s Stolen Children: A Crime Against Humanity

September 18, 2025

Since the war began, nearly 20,000 Ukrainian children are believed to have been abducted by Russia and forcibly transferred to its territory. Some were illegally adopted, others placed in “re-education” camps.

This is a grave violation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and may constitute a crime against humanity. To tear a child from their family is to destroy their identity, their memory, their future.

This silent tragedy must not be forgotten. Behind every number lies a face, a voice, a life disrupted.

Our NGO is committed to supporting efforts to bring these children home and help families heal. But we cannot do this without you. Your support is a promise of justice and hope.
